Cher Wollard is a Realtor and Certified Residential Specialist with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Drysdale Properties. She and her team – Debbie Borges, stager; Cristina Aguilar, marketing assistant; and Ashley Whitely, escrow coordinator – pride themselves on providing “Ultra Service” to every client. They also can recommend excellent mortgage specialists, title and escrow officers, inspectors, movers, and contractors.
Cher was the 2012 vice president of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Alliance of Livermore, after previously having served as Public Relations officer in 2008.
She was named a Prudential Rising Star in 2004, and has won production awards from the Bay East Association of Realtors seven of her 10 years in the business. Prudential honored her with President’s Circle Awards in 2010 and 2012, and she was nominated by fellow Realtors for Bay East’s prestigious Good Neighbor Award in 2010 and 2011. In addition to helping buyers and sellers, she writes weekly consumer-oriented articles about real estate for the Independent newspaper.
She has lived in Livermore since 1976, where she and her husband, Reece, raised their three daughters. They now have five grandchildren. Cher is very active in the community. She served as Livermore's Poet Laureate from 2009-2013 and is now on the Livermore Commission for the Arts.
