Christopher Grenz is the current president of Grenz Homes Inc., a custom home builder in the Sacramento area since 1975. In 2010, he decided to obtain a real estate license to supplement his custom home building business. It’s worked out quite well for Christopher, who has received multiple production awards since, which speaks to the level of service he provides to his clients.
His remarkable service extends beyond just his clients. As a previous Active 20-30 Man of the Year, he has always been a believer of giving back to the community. As his children grew up, they involved themselves in soccer and so did he. He became a coach, then club manager of the Fair Oaks Soccer Club, and is currently the president of the American River Youth Soccer League, managing over 7,000 players. Much like his quality professional life, community involvement gives Chistopher a deep sense of accomplishment.
When it’s time to relax, Christopher enjoys going to car shows, traveling, and yard work. He also follows his sports teams very closely, including the Sacramento Kings, San Francisco 49ers and a couple of recent champions; the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball, and Sacramento Republic FC of USL Pro.
