I have been a licensed real estate agent in Contra Costa County since 1979 and obtained my real estate brokers license in 1981. I began specializing in relocation in 1983. Since that time I developed two relocation companies and have been successful in working with corporate clients such as Chevron Corporation, Safeway Corporation, Nestlé's Corporation, PG&E and others. I have handled relocation clients for Brookfield Global Relocation, Cartus Relocation, Weichiert Relocation and others. I am a certified Relocation Specialist and a member of the Employee Relocation Council. I am proud to say that I have assisted over 600 families with their moves into or out of their homes over the past 35 years.
I have also had the experience of managing and owning my own real estate company as part owner of Executive Brokers sm from 1991 to 2008. I also hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation which is held by less than 4 percent of agents in the nation. As a personal service to my clients I am also a licensed Notary with the State of California. I’m proud to say that I am in the top 3 percent of realtors for production in the Contra Costa Association of Realtors.
I attribute my success to a passion for making sure that my clients decision to purchase is based upon all positive, as well as negative information available. I draw on the more than 35 years of experience in selling real estate in Contra Costa County as a basis for those decisions. My motivation is to make sure we do the best we can do with the information we have at hand.
Prior to embarking upon my career in real estate I spent 11 years in the banking industry. This 11-year experience enabled me to start a successful real estate career in 1990. In 1993 I founded and established O’Sullivan Realty. I built the company to a 10 sales associate staff where I mentored and guided them to over $20 million dollars of production in a short, five-year time frame. Together, we built a premier client relationship and delivered exceptional customer service.
In 2000, I relocated to San Joaquin County and went into new home sales. I marketed and sold over 400 homes in the Stockton area over the following eight years. I worked closely with the construction and design teams to assure a quality built home with all the buyer options.
In 2008 Charlie and I became partners in life and real estate combining over 60 years of experience. We pride ourselves for the reputation we have earned of being honest, ethical, and knowledgeable real estate professionals committed to representing our clients best interests.
