As a young child, I would sit at the breakfast table with my father and peruse the Real Estate/Open House section of our local newspaper while he read the other news articles of the day and sipped on coffee. I found myself comparing prices and sizes with amenities and location. Who knew? I guess you can say, Residential Real Estate fascinated me from very early on. Maybe it's in the genes? My father was also a successful Commercial and Residential Broker from 1978 all the way up to his retirement in 2010.
At the age of 18, I began working at Bank of America as a Bank Teller, a Personal Banker and ultimately moved my way up to Assistant Customer Service Manager at the ripe age of 21. From there, I moved on to Title and Escrow Services working for North American Title Company in Saratoga, CA during those next three years. I learned all about the Escrow Process, Lender Process and Requirements, Title Searches and much, much more. There was never a dull moment. We saw it all in Escrow!
I soon began performing Escrow Officer Duties and really got my full understanding of the Real Estate purchase and sale "cycle" if you will. This gave me a lot of insight in to the life and work of many successful Realtors and encouraged me to take the final step in getting licensed in 2003 and transitioning into the fascinating world of Residential Real Estate Sales.
I've been a happy, thriving and successful licensed Realtor® since 2003. Ranking in the top 5 of my company for several years, I've achieved many awards for volume of sales.
I was born and raised in the charming town of Los Gatos, CA. I married in 2004 and soon after became a mother of 2 amazing children. I now reside close by in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. My husband and myself are both homeowners, investors and landlords. I property manage my own properties as well as the family's properties investments. I continue to stay on top of the latest legislation and laws affecting Real Estate by attending Risk Management Trainings twice a month.
What I love about Real Estate is that every transaction, every client and every situation is different. It keeps me on my toes, and with a personality like mine (always wanting to learn more, do more, and strive for more), it keeps me interested and happy to go to work every day. I take pride in my work and wake up every day thankful that I found my passion, get to help others, and make money while doing it.
