In addition to his expertise in real estate, Ron is also the President / CEO of the California Real Estate Housing Program (CALREHP) - a Housing Assistance Program that provides Home Buyer/Owners and Seller services for Caltrans employees throughout the state. The program provides education through Home Seminars and events and include services such as: Real Estate (Home Buyers and Sellers representation), Mortgage, Insurance and Foreclosure Prevention for members. CALREHP works with most Mortgage lenders, Real Estate, Insurance and Wealth Management companies to provide experienced professionals for our members.
In 2006, Ron joined forces with Corporate Benefit EDU - a non-profit organization that uses assistance and free education for homebuyers and free foreclosure retention alternatives for homeowners. The mission of the program is to prevent families from becoming homeless. As President of the company, Ron has worked directly with such lenders as Chase Bank, Wells Fargo and Bank of America to name a few, to help families from losing their primary home. The program has assisted many California homeowners to keep their homes through Home Preservation alternatives, such as loan modifications. Home Preservation days have been established in Pittsburgh, Antioch and Oakland and are a great way to provide education to the community on a wider scale. Ron has worked with Former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Senator Barbara Boxer and former Mayor Willie Brown to find solutions and alternatives to homelessness.
