Marylou Lunsford grew up in South Lake Tahoe and relocated to the Sacramento Area at the age of 18 to start a new chapter in her life. Falling in love with the area, she became actively involved in the community, gaining a lifetime of knowledge of Sacramento and its surrounding cities. Because of a previous career and family located in San Francisco, Marylou has been, and still is, a frequenter of the San Francisco area, expanding her abilities to meet with any client, anywhere, to meet their real estate needs.
Marylou is a proud mother of two boys who are graduates at Jesuit High School and San Francisco State University alumni.

In 2004, Marylou Lunsford founded a hip coffee shop in Rancho Cordova. named Javalicious. As the owner and operator, she gained extensive business knowledge as well as built many lasting relationships within the community. From there she realized that she not only enjoyed making people happy, but she had a passion for it. This caused her to delve into community service head first.
By speaking with people she met during her business ventures and volunteering, Marylou discovered that the one purchase that could offer people the most; happy memories, pride, get-togethers, and even income, is the purchase of a home. The joy she would see on people's faces when they bought a home was something she couldn't ignore, so she knew she wanted to be part of bringing that joy to others, thus embracing real estate.
Marylou started her real estate career working with Wyndham Shares, where she has learned a wealth of information about real estate.
In 2016, Marylou joined the team at Berkshire Hathaway, Drysdale Properties.
Marylou Lunsford is actively involved in the community. She enjoys dedicating her time and skills to charity and her local community. For more than ten years, she has volunteered for Loyola Guild at Jesuit High School, Rancho Cordova Police Department, Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, as well as several other organizations.
For the past seven years, Marylou takes every opportunity she can to help build homes for others by volunteering for Habit for Humanity.
