GOLD MINE FOR SALE: Pasadena/Occidental Consolidated gold property consist of nine patented (180 acres) and three unpatented (286 acres) contiguous mining claims for approximately 466 total acres in the historic Tumco Gold District in the Cargo Muchacho Mountains of Imperial County, California. The district in which these claims are located has been indentified as a highly mineralized area in the Cargo Muchacho Mountain range in south east Imperial County and well known for its production of gold. A recent examination by Donald Strachan, Geologist, identified a single, property-wide shear zone along the northern segment of the Pasadena Shear Zone with an exploration potential of 440,000 ounces of gold. Additional segments along the southern segment have additional economic potential. Gold mineralization on the Pasadena/Occidental occurs within a geologic host similar to the gold host of the nearby American Girl Mine. The geological potential identified by Mr. Strachan should be tested by drilling. Buyers are to conduct and rely solely on their own feasibility studies to determine the economic conditions and legal ramifications for conducting a mining operation at the site.
