Approximately 1,960 acres with six (6) deep irrigation wells and soils suitable for development of almonds, pistachios, olives, walnuts or prunes. In 1993 or 1994 the land was planted to Eucalyptus for the high quality paper market. It is now ready to be cleared and planted to orchard crops typical to Tehama County. Slightly sloping to undulating topography with several seasonal streams providing good drainage. The irrigation wells are completed to 600’ or deeper. In July of 2015, five (5) of the wells were tested for productivity. Results indicate flows from 1,100 gpm to 1,900 gpm per well. Zoning equals, AG-2; Agriculture, 40 acre minimum parcel size.
