I have been in Real Estate since 1996. I started off by helping my aunt as her assistant . My mentor Anna Woo, realtor at Harbor Bay Realty retired 1997. In the early 1990's, I worked part time for my aunt to host weekend open house, take listing photos, creating open house flyers, coordinate inspection appointments, deliver documents and other types of administrative duties. My real estate practices mostly in Alameda and I helped clients to buy and sell within the bay area and outside of the bay area. Now 20+ years later, I can say that it has been the perfect career choice for me. The profession required a close connection with clients, responsibilities with the process of legal documents, building relationships with the community and the real estate family.
My real estate sales experiences includes Cooperatives, Short Sales, Foreclosures, REO's (bank owned), Townhomes, Condo's and Residentials.
I am bilingual fluent in cantonese. I am from Olivehurst, a small town outside of Sacramento. My parents are immigrants, my father from China and my mom from Singapore. They both met here in the US, got married in Marysville, California and settled down in Olivehurst where they still live. I am from a family of five girls and I am the second eldest.
In 1978, relocated to the bay area to continue my education and work opportunities.
