As you may have noticed, couples don't always agree. We don't either, but as a couple and we can relate to both of your opinions. This can be a big help when it comes to making complicated decisions. Plus, we provide you with another unique advantage -- we really can be in two places at the same time.

We have three decades of marketing experience, working together as a team and as a couple. Almost two decades of that time has been as successful Napa Valley realtors. Before coming to Napa Valley, we owned an award winning San Francisco marketing company with clients like Bank of Am erica, Chevron, Charles Schwab & Co., and Pacific Bell. Not unlike you, large corporations want results. You will benefit from that experience.

It starts with the brand. The storied Berkshire Hathaway name stands for strength, integrity, and trust, and is universally respected. Put simply, when that Berkshire Hathaway names appears on a yard sign in your yard, it's a sign that buyers want to see. The brand is intelligent, nimble, progressive, straightforward…and in real estate for the long term. That is instant credibility for the sale of your home.

Finally, about 98% of properties are sold by real estate agents, but not all are Realtors. The National and California Associations of Realtors are organizations with high standards and a strict Code of Ethics. As Realtors, we network with other local Realtors through groups such as the Napa Board of Realtors, of which Wendy has served as past President.

Buying or selling real estate is emotional, and nerve wracking. Try talking with us for a few minutes. There is no obligation and it doesn't cost anything. We have been able to help a lot of people just like you accomplish their real estate goals.

How can we help you?
