Cheryl Beach brings with her a commitment to high-quality professional service and client care. Cheryl's clients benefit greatly from her sales and marketing savvy, gained from 25 years of experience supporting customers and employees of IBM Corporation. During her tenure at IBM, Cheryl received several awards and letters of commendation, and was selected for a prestigious assignment in Japan working in the Fujisawa Development Lab.
After leaving IBM, Cheryl joined the software company IBS where she spent five years managing the company's lead generation program. Her transition into real estate was a natural one, given her extensive sales and marketing abilities.
Most importantly, Cheryl is a good listener and communicator. "I don't consider real estate to be simply transaction-oriented," she explains. "I really care about building successful, long-term relationships and teaching people about the value of owning real estate."
Cheryl is a native Californian and longtime East Bay resident who lives in ROSSMOOR, a nationally recognized and award-winning senior adult community located in the picturesque 2,000 acre Tice Valley area.
