Reviews

In our opinion, Debby Alberti is absolutely wonderful!!!!\r\n\r\nWhen I moved in w/my now husband several years ago, I rented out my house in Citrus Heights (until my planned retirement in 2017) to my brother w/the hopes he would take better care of it than some unknown. Yes and No, but I digress. He moved out in Sept 2016 and from Oct 2016 until Jun 2017, my husband and brother-in-law repaired, and repaired, and REPAIRED! \r\n\r\nI first contacted Debby when we were still in the process of making repairs. Even though she knew we werent quite ready to put it up for sale yet, she gave us several suggestions on what we could do to further enhance not only the street view, but the inside as well. When it finally came down to the end and we were ready to post, we had run out of money COMPLETELY, but Debby went out of her way to buy several plants/bedding for the front yard. She even went to the trouble of planting them with our help (i.e., SHE did most of the work!). When all was finished, it looked so pretty and new :-)\r\n\r\nI had explained to Debby that I wanted to retire, but that the house had to be sold first. She assured me that she didnt think there would be any problem w/"closing" by 31 Aug 2017. So I took the biggest leap of faith EVER and put in my retirement paperwork for that date, and actually walked out of work on 3 Jul 2017 to use up my accrued leave/vacation time. [The 4th of July was my real Independence Day!!! =D =D =D]\r\n\r\nDebby put the "For Sale" sign in the lawn on a Friday (I cannot remember the date), had an open house Saturday and Sunday, and we had 2 offers by Monday! And, $5K over our asking price! When she called me Monday evening and told me the news, I was nearly in tears w/joy!\r\n\r\nI cannot say enough about how awesome Debby is! We could NEVER have done this w/o her guidance and professionalism! She played a great big part in making my dreams come true!\r\n\r\nThank you Debby! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!\r\n\r\nSincerely Kathy and Del Duncan ;-)

House did not have gas line to FP-I was told it did. Info re utility costs should be provided. It is possible to afford loan/mortgage and still not be able to afford AC in CA in the summer.
