We were not living in the property that we were selling as it had belonged to my parents that had passed away. Our realtor, Sheryle Morgan, met with various contractors, estate liquidators, stagers, home inspector, etc on our behalf and also made regular trips to the house to pick up mail and water the yard even though we only lived ten minutes away. We really appreciated the help and the time it saved us, as this service is not something that we had experienced in past home sales with other realtors/real estate companies on rental properties that we have sold. Throughout the process Sheryle kept us informed by text, phone or e-mail of all developments on a regular basis and was prompt to reply to any questions we had.
