Audrey was a life saver in my home buying process. I had a difficult.time with the lenders I was working with... If it wasnt for Audrey I may have given up on looking for a home. Audrey is a rockstar,. After working with one other realitor who compared to Audrey was totally incompetent.... It was such a relief to have found Audrey who knows her stuff like the back of her hand!

That the associate be less formal and be more in tune with peoples needs, instead of guessing.

The sale of my house was completed way ahead of my expectations. Thanks to the proffessional work by Audrey. She kept me well informed at every step of the sale making, what could have been a traumatic experience a smooth one. Audreys dedication, attention to detail, ,ability to resolve problems and her "can do attitude, are traits that are not always present on every sales agent. Audrey and your company have my admiration and respect and may you continue to be succesfull in years ahead..

The reason I marked satisfied in a few instances is because of the following: 1) Our realtor had someone else run our second open house, and we heard, firsthand (as the two other realtors were still showing the house at least 45 minutes past the open house, and we had returned home), the two other realtors trying to sell the properties they had listed rather than the listing they were currently located (our house). For me to have heard this seems unethical and unconscionable, and we would never have agreed to having other realtors had we known this ahead of time, 2) The appraisal owner changed the original appraisal (by one of his workers) by reducing the amount the house was actually worth to an amount that was even less than that of the current county tax assessor. The only recourse we had was to contact the original appraiser (the worker), and he never answered or returned our calls. 3) The finalization of the sale was delayed, for several reasons, and most of these reasons appeared to be ridiculous. 4) We originally received this assessment" request way too soon after we moved, and, since we didnt even have internet access for a week after we moved, it was much too aggressive to expect those who have moved to instantly respond, especially when the customers first priority is unpacking an entire household. In addition, some of the questions are too restrictive, for instance, the length of time we supposedly expected our house to be on the market. On several of the questions, I wanted to check more than one box but could not. 5) The request to fill out this form is overly aggressive and not at all appreciated. I think I received at least four of five, online requests. The only reason I filled it out is because our realtor called us and requested us to do. Too much online pushiness was not at all appreciated.
