Linda has been a Realtor/Residential Manager since 1999. Her experience of 19 years in the business provides her with an understanding in both management and real estate sales. She has served on the Solano Board of Realtors (SAOR) for three terms as Director and created the SAOR Property Management Committee, approximately 17 years ago. Forming this committee was very important to her, especially during the housing boom. It was important to her the laws of property management be shared with her fellow Realtors, thus providing an understanding of tenant rights during a very busy real estate market.. Throughout the years, she has shared new information through seminars and enlisting various speakers. Her experience in property management,gives her an understanding of property investments, market value, and transitions from tenant to home owner. It also helps her get sellers prepared before listing their home so they can achieve maximum value., Linda served on SAOR's Make A Difference Foundatione for five years. This committee provides Christmas gifts, coats, and camping trips for underpriveledge children, as well as food for senior citizens during the holidays. She has also served 2 terms on the SAOR's Grievance Committee which fields complaints from customers and Realtors. The committee's purppose is to determine if a Code of Ethics has been violated..
Linda has served on her church governing board as a Vestry member for three terms and has reccently been reappointed for another term. .
Linda enjoys traveling, especially coastal locations, cooking, organizing fundraisers, and baking.
