Tom Lee started his career in real estate in 1972, beginning as an apprentice to a Fee Appraiser. A few years later, in the late 70s, Tom moved to Nevada to work on the development and liquidation of a Nevada ranch encompassing just under 30,000 acres. During this time and into the 80s, He additionally gained experience working in the mortgage banking industry, ultimately being named as the Manager of RNG Mortgage in Reno. He joined Prudential Clement Realty in 1994, and became the Managing Broker in 1999. His personality and successful management style enabled him to recruit and train over 500 agents while managing one of the premier real estate offices in Northern Nevada. In 2012, he successfully transitioned virtually an entire office through an acquisition/merger with a national franchise as the Broker/Manager.
