Utilities are not included in the base rent. An additional $100 per month will be charge to cover utility costs. The Lease is for one year. Owner requires renters insurance before signing the Lease. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Parking is not assigned; it is based on a first come first served and availability. $50 screening fee per adult for credit and background check.
