During the 1995 downturn, I transitioned to a full-time real estate agent, expertly guiding buyers and sellers. My experience encompasses foreclosure services, broker price opinions, and assisting families with inherited properties. I've facilitated first-time homebuyer seminars and support investors in rehabbing distressed homes.
