Our Services

SELLER Representation. Premier will:

  • Provide a full package of required disclosures to be completed for the transaction
  •  Review contract documents received
  • Enter the transaction into SkySlope (agent to provide completed Escrow Worksheet and Marketing Menu)
  •  Provide Contact Sheet and Key dates to our side of the transaction within 48 hrs.
  •  Provide and confirm key dates calendar
  •  Set up and send out reminders for key dates
  •  Confirm escrow has been opened
  •  Request HOA documents be ordered by escrow if applicable
  •  Prepare a disclosure package and provide to buyer’s agent
  •  Request the return of disclosures, review to ensure complete, and upload to file
  •  Schedule repairs needed if applicable
  •  Prepare terms for title
  •  Prepare commission demand request
  •  Order Home Warranty if applicable
  •  Coordinate seller signing if applicable
  •  Collect and upload Final Settlement Statement, Closing papers 
  •  Provide a copy of the file via USB for Seller’s records
  •  Ensure sign is ordered down and MLS is marked sold

BUYER Representation. Premier will:

  • Review contract documents received
  • Enter the transaction into SkySlope (agent to provide completed Escrow Worksheet)
  • Provide Contact Sheet and Key dates to seller’s agent within 48 hrs.
  • Provide and confirm key dates calendar
  • Set up and send out reminders for key dates
  • Confirm escrow has been opened or open if needed
  • Provide copy of the contract to escrow and title
  • Confirm HOA documents have been ordered by escrow if applicable
  • Schedule inspections for buyer if requested
  • Collect disclosures and prepare a complete disclosure package for the buyer to review
  • Send disclosures out for digital signature
  • Ensure return of all disclosures, review to ensure complete, and upload to file
  • Prepare terms for Title
  • Prepare  commission demand request
  • Coordinate buyer signing if applicable
  • Coordinate key exchange, if needed       
  • Collect and upload Final Settlement Statement, Closing papers 
  • Provide a copy via USB for Buyer’s records
  • Generate a monthly Property Investment Profile to be sent to client on behalf of the agent

**A letter and copy of the Final Settlement Statement on behalf of our agent will be sent to clients on January of each year
