Meet Kimberly

Kimberly Vanpetten entered the real estate industry in 2013 with 23 years marketing and sales experience with customer related service industries and Fortune 500 corporations. Her Bachelor's degree, which she holds with honors, is applied in the fields of marketing and international business. Once in the real estate industry, she has recieved multiple awards. To mention a few: Awarded the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services "Honor Society Award", for her excellence in service and commitment to quality for her clients (top 8% of all sales in the nation). Awarded "Rookie of the Year". Awarded "President's Circle Award" for her sales performance, (top 4% in the nation). QSC Rated Agent 4.66 award. This award, based on actual closed transactions, goes to those who exemplify attention to the needs and satisfaction of their clients. She has held this title for subsequent and current years since she has been in the industry.

Kimberly is purposeful in giving back in her local community. She is involved in the Modesto Gospel Mission, Salvation Army- Red Shield, Kiwanis Club, Community Hospice Modesto, Riverbank Rotary Club, Senior Resource Group. She has been the Program Director for the Women's Council of Realtors, Committee Member for the Association of REALTORS, and served 2 years on the board as a Board Director for the Local, Lodi Association of Realtors. She also mentors the young realtor professionals in the local area, through the local YPN committee.

Her Story:

In 2012 after a major accident, I decided to fulfill a career dream of mine, by becoming a Realtor, and why not, right?!?! I had a college education, a succesful career in assisting corporations and personal clients in television, telecommunications and medicine, which gave me a stong resume of experience. But, most importantly I had a passion to raise up my clients, as they reached for the American dream. The task of becoming entrepreneurial after being in a corporate environment seemed a bit daunting at first. Where was I to find an exemplary brokerage in which to serve my clients? So it was that I began my due dilligence into the industry, to find the right brokerage, the choice I was to make must surpass even my previous corporate expectations. In order to accomplish my task, I searched for more than just a local, brokerage, the status quo as it were, I wasnt going to settle for a small, or only statewide broker for myself or my clients. So I sought out an international real estate brokerage, one I knew my clients and I could believe in. One with integrity, backed by one of the most savvy, succesful real estate investors in the world, a previous advisor to two United States Presidents, Warren Buffett. After finding the perfect brokerage, not only to market my clients homes, but to find the clients seeking new homes, I started to work in the industry. Ironically, one of my first ephipeny's in the business was that my clients were in need of the exact things I had so desperately craved when I sold and purchased my own real estate investments before joining the industry; Solid Communication, Accurate Information, Education on financing and purchasing. But above all these things they wanted someone to be their advocate, to be there to protect their interests. I have been here at Berkshire Hathaway Drysdale Services every since the day I realized Berkshire Hathaway fulfills those needs to my clients, with my help.
