Jan is a full-time, full-service, real estate Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properies. She has listed and sold properties in the East Bay, areas including: Oakland, Alameda, Piedmont, Claremont Hills, and Berkeley for the past 10 years. In addition to her California real estate experience, Jan held a Washington state license for 20 years. As a result of her love of real estate, Jan has just completed renovating an 1885 Alameda Victorian. Her home has won an award from the Alameda Historical Preservation Society for it's beauty and accuracy in restoration.
Jan was raised in Seattle, and when she tired of the rain eight years ago, she moved to the sunny East Bay. Her adult children and grandchildren all live within walking distance of her 1885 Victorian in Alameda, and she feels truly blessed!
