Topics include property marketing, personal marketing, contracts, negotiations and ethics. Jim curates a regular real estate blog, Short Takes, for his clients and real estate professionals.
Prior to real estate, Jim spent fifteen years in the California wine industry as a wine broker and later as the marketing director of a family owned Napa Valley winery.
