Hi! I’m Chelsea Swank, and I’m excited to be part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties team in Incline Village. I live here in Incline and absolutely love the Tahoe lifestyle and community. My background is in luxury hospitality, bartending, and sales, so working with people, building relationships, and providing great service have always come naturally to me. I’m hardworking, detail-oriented, and definitely someone who likes to get out, meet people, and really know the community I’m working in. Outside of real estate, I love being outdoors, hiking with my dog, spending time on the lake, traveling, and checking out local restaurants and businesses. I’m looking forward to growing my business here in Tahoe, learning from everyone in the office, and getting to know all of you better!
