About
Born and raised in Stanislaus County, my love for the central valley runs deep. On my mom's side, my late grandfather Jerry Ichord was a cattle rancher for his entire life in Oakdale. On my dad's side, our family moved from Holland back in the 1940's bringing their knowledge of agriculture to America. The Dykzuel, Van Ness, Vink, Van Ruitten, and Stokman families all moved throughout the central valley from Modesto to Lodi to feed, support, and serve our local communities.
I grew up on my family's dairy in Modesto. My work ethic has translated well into Real Estate as I quickly became a top producer at PMZ Real Estate earning several awards such as the "rising star" and" multi-million dollar agent" awards. Now, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices I continue to serve my clients with even more tools and techniques. More importantly, I have developed a system and team of resources to help buyers find homes, sellers maximize profits, and investors build wealth through real estate.
