My name is Lydia Martinez-Linares and I am Mary Prieto's business partner & sister. We have been a Top Producing Real Estate Team since 1991. In the past 33 years, we have proudly helped 3300+ clients buy and/or sell real estate in the valley.
I received my B.A. in Organizational Communication in 1989 from CSU Stanislaus and my real estate license in 1991. As an exclusive service for our clients, I also became certified as an Accredited Staging Professional in 2003. Mary and I were raised in Riverbank (I was born in Oakdale) and we currently live in the Ceres - Modesto areas. Plainly put; our roots are in Stanislaus County and we are passionate about helping clients reach their real estate goals in this wonderful valley.
